Romario Jibbison of St. Jago High School emerges as the winner with an impressive time of 14.66 seconds, followed by Michael Dwyer of St. Jago High School in second place with a time of 15.34 seconds, and Michael Neil of Jonathan Grant High School in third place with a time of 18.48 seconds.

Jamaica dominated track and field at the last three Olympic Games with Usain Bolt, Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce, Elaine Thompson, Omar McLeod. Bolt won 100m and 200m gold medals in Beijing 2008, London 2012 and Rio 2016 while Thompson won the Rio 2016 sprint double.
