The Chicago Cubs biggest offseason move was the signing of Japanese star outfielder Seiya Suzuki.
Suzuki, a career .300+ hitter, along with more than 25+ HR a season, bring an instant upgrade to the lineup and takes ease off players like Patrick Wisdom and Wilson Contreras.
Suzuki signed a 5-year, $85mil contract with The Chicago Back on March 18th, 2022, and is already off to a strong start in Spring Training. Suzuki is expected to be the starting left fielder for the Chicago Cubs at Wrigley Field on April 7th, 2022.
