Sandra Sánchez, the world champion in women’s kata, has retired from competitions but remains a living legend in the history of karate, overcoming obstacles with distinction.

At the age of 40, she achieved her goal, securing the title of Olympic champion with a Gold Medal in Tokyo 2020, becoming a two-time world champion in 2018 and 2021, and a seven-time European champion.
