The Minnesota Twins finally completed the trade to acquire Kenta Maeda in exchange for Brusdar Graterol. Things took a bit of a turn, however, as the Boston Red Sox were no longer involved in this particular deal. The Twins landed Maeda, $10 million and a prospect yet to be disclosed for Graterol, Luke Raley and a Comp B pick in this year’s draft. Did the new elements change my reaction to the trade? Yes, somewhat.
