At the London 2012 Olympics, Team China competed in the Artistic Swimming Free routine, which had no restrictions other than time. Although I could not find a specific video of their routine, I discovered that Russia won the gold medal, China won silver, and Spain brought home the bronze in the overall team event. The free routine must last between 3 minutes 45 seconds and 4 minutes 15 seconds, with no required elements other than staying within the time limit.
