In the summer of 2019 at the age of 26. I was referred to a mental health clinic after being diagnosed with depression and anxiety. I spent 12 weeks in therapy and over the past four years, I’ve been on a journey of self discovery. I still struggle with my mental health sometimes but more than anything, I’ve learnt a lot more about who I am and have a deeper understanding of myself. And this is my story.
