🇺🇸Tokyo Marathon 2023 is over. 2023/03/05 Tokyo Marathon 2023 ended successfully. The 16th edition of the Tokyo Marathon hosted a full capacity of 38,000 runners for the first time in four years. With top Japanese and international athletes, the elite race was a close battle, with the final winners being: Men’s Wheelchair – HUG, Marcel (SUI)*CR Women’s Wheelchair – SCHAR, Manuela (SUI) *CR Marathon Men’s – GELMISA, Deso (ETH) Women’s Marathon – WANJIRU, Rosemmary (KEN) We had tremendous support from runners, volunteers, medical staff and related parties involved in running the race to organize our event successfully. Additionally, we would like to take this moment to express our gratitude to all local communities and businesses for their support and understanding of our event despite the lengthy traffic control. With the theme of the event, “ONE STOP AHEAD”, we believe that the Tokyo Marathon 2023 can give everyone some kind of motivation and inspiration to step forward and face a new challenge.
