Joined Hiroshima in 2nd place in the 2012 draft from Nimatsu Gakusha University High School. He started out as an infielder, appearing in 11 games in his first year, and increased his appearances to 36 games in his second year. In 2015, his third year as an outfielder, he played in 97 games, and in 2016, although he was late to the opening due to an injury, he played 129 games as a right fielder with a triple threat, batting average of .335. Contributed to the team’s league championship with 29 home runs and 95 RBIs. In 2017, he pulled the team as the fourth hitter, but he broke down at the end of the season and could not participate in CS, and the team was eliminated. In 2018, he was able to make it in time for the season opener, but due to the strain on his lower body due to worrying about the injury, his registration was temporarily canceled. Even so, when he returned to the starting line-up, he performed as if he was No. 4, hit 30 home runs, and contributed to the league’s third straight victory.
