Archery: Indian archer Atanu Das stuns everyone by defeating the Olympic Champion Oh Jin-Hyek to enter the pre quarter finals of the Tokyo Olympic 2020. The match was so close that it went into the shoot off where Indian archer shot a perfect 10 to eliminate the Gold medalist of the 2012 London games. Atanu Das defeated South Korea’s Oh Jin-Hyek by 6-5. Earlier today Atanu Das defeated another great player, Chinese Taipei’s Yu-Cheng Deng 6-4 in the round of 64. Yu-Cheng Deng has already won a silver medal in this Tokyo 2020 Olympic in the team event. South Korea won the gold in that event and Oh Jin-Hyek was also the part of that team.
