The cauldron, which was placed during the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics last summer, was re-installed at Symbol Promenade Park in Koto-ku, Tokyo on the 15th, and a ceremony was held to unveil it. It will be permanently installed as part of the 1st anniversary project of the tournament, and will be open to the public from the 16th. This cauldron was located near the “Yume Ohashi” (Koto Ward) in the coastal area during the Games. Like the cauldron that was lit at the opening ceremony at the National Stadium, it was called the “second cauldron” because of its sphere design with the motif of the sun.
