7.23 Fly over TOKYO with Blue Impulse ~ Kizuna / Connect with everyone’s video ~ On July 23, 2021, more people looked up at the summer sky in Tokyo during the exhibition flight related to the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games by Blue Impulse. I did. This project aims to record the whole picture of the flight by connecting videos shot in various places into one, and to leave this feat as the history of Blue Impulse with many moving voices. Facebook @ 723flyblue Twitter @ 723fly As a result of calling mainly on SNS such as Facebook and Twitter, we were able to receive videos from 46 people. The number of files was 133, and the total time was 49 minutes and 45 seconds. The cooperation of everyone who posted, everyone who spoke and spread, Mr. Shinya Yoshida, former Blue Impulse Flight Team Leader, and everyone in the Facebook group community who supported this project. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. It was announced in advance that this flight will travel widely, mainly in the wards of Tokyo. Therefore, unlike the exhibition flights at air festivals and local events so far, I think that not many people could see the whole picture of the flight. In addition, although there were many reports that continued to follow Blue Impulse in aerial photography, I think that there were few detailed records of those looking up at the sky. The launch of this project was that I wanted to capture this flight, which will be told to posterity as the history of Blue Impulse, with a lot of moving voices of the day and videos taken by Blue Impulse fans. It was the opportunity. Also, around this time, the so-called fifth wave of coronavirus infection was approaching, and many people were refraining from going out. On the day of the event, I worked on the production with the hope that I could convey the excitement of the day to those who could not see it. In conclusion, I would be grateful if you could remember this video for a long time as a memory of the lives of everyone who contributed to this project and who saw it. The video will be a little longer, 23 minutes and 12 seconds, recording from the takeoff of Iruma Air Base to the return, but if possible, please see it on a large screen and feel the sky of that day. Now, take a look at the summer sky and blue impact of Tokyo on the day of the opening ceremony of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games on July 23, 2021 to your heart’s content. #Blue Impulse #Olympic Symbol #Olympic Opening Ceremony #Color Smoke #Matsushima Air Base # 11th Squadron # TOKYO2020 # Fly723 # 7.23 Fly over TOKYO with Blue Impulse
