The Colussi was submitted at the 2013 World Championships by Spanish gymnast Silvia Colussi and consists of a free aerial cartwheel from side position. It carries an E-rating — however, athletes can get the same points from connecting a regular aerial cartwheel to a B-level jump, which is less risky and much easier to nail.
Jamaica’s Danusia Francis executed the Colussi linked to her dismount back in 2019, which was pretty original and made her stand out from the rest of the field.
