Now, she’s among those at the top of the sport, and is one of the strongest competitors in the 400 meters hurdles, where she is the 2023 World Champion, and in the 400-meters sprint, where she is the 2024 World Indoor Champion.
As a matter of fact, Femke Bol is a class apart at 400 meters in Europe over hurdles and on the flat. The Dutchwoman has improved significantly since taking bronze in the 400m hurdles at Tokyo 2020, and is now a genuine challenger to reigning Olympic champion and world record holder Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone at Paris 2024.
#femkebol, the 24-year-old Dutch prodigy, has blazed the trail on the #trackandfield having won two world championship titles, three Diamond League finals, and two world indoor championships and she is just getting started in track and field. She made the headlines during the 2020 Tokyo #Olympics as she secured a spot on the podium, closely chasing the likes of Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone and Dalilah Muhammad.
