Coached by his father Mitch, a three-time Paralympian and gold medalist from 1992, Ian Seidenfeld of Lakeville, Minnesota defeated Peter Rosenmeier of Denmark in three straight games to win the gold medal in class 6 table tennis at the Tokyo Paralympic Games.
